What is DASMO?
DASMO is a creative platform for building digital memory frames, photo albums, wedding cards, websites, and managing social media — all in one place.
Is DASMO free to use?
Yes. DASMO offers a generous free plan for personal projects. Paid plans unlock premium templates, custom domains, more storage, and advanced features.
Do I need to download an app?
No. DASMO works entirely in your web browser. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your phone or desktop for faster access.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Creator and Business plans support custom domain mapping. We provide SSL certificates automatically at no extra cost.
Are my photos and videos safe?
Absolutely. All uploads are encrypted in transit and stored securely. You control privacy settings per project and can password-protect or PIN-lock any content.
Can I edit a project after publishing?
Yes. You can edit, update, or unpublish any project at any time. QR codes and share links remain the same even after content changes.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
You keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the free plan. Your projects are not deleted, but may be restricted by free plan limits.
Does DASMO support team accounts?
Business plans include multi-seat access. Team members can collaborate on projects, manage social accounts, and view shared analytics.
How do I contact support?
Use the Feedback form on our site, or email us directly. Business plan users receive priority support with faster response times.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download your photos, videos, and project data at any time from your Dashboard settings. We believe your content should always be portable.
What social platforms can I connect?
Currently Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, and LinkedIn. We are actively working to add more platforms based on user demand.
Is there a limit on RSVPs for wedding cards?
Free plans include up to 100 RSVPs per card. Paid plans offer unlimited RSVPs and advanced guest management features.
